Why do you need it to be Debian-based?
I live in Poland, and most people use Meta’s Messenger here, although some people use WhatsApp and some also Telegram (but mostly Ukrainians and Belarusians).
Personally I use regular old plain SMS, Messenger, Telegram or Discord depending on situation.

That’s great unless that person’s files get corrupted/deleted or hard drive fails. Then having backups in the cloud or at least ona a device on a local network is a good idea.
It still costs nearly as much as minimal wage in my country (OK, ~$200 USD less), I am not going to buy it anytime soon.

To be honest as an Android user, if Apple makes their phone less locked down and give more affordable choices for phones I may try an iPhone, as I am a bit fed up with Android, and there are no other real alternatives.

I always wonder how it’s even possible. I can’t do half shit that I do on my computer on my phone. And even if I can, I need to spend like 3x-4x more time because how inefficient touch screen is.
It had its lows and highs in my opinion. But yeah Firefox on desktop is a great experience right now. Sadly I can’t say that about mobile version, it’s frustrating to say the least.

It ws only like a decided ago when I had multiple amazing ideas for games and other software, only to have nearly none when I actually started to do some programming for fun.
I think there’s only one game I would like to try making where I see it may have some success, but the idea is very vague and devil is in the details and execution I guess.

Exactly. They have been working on Ladybird Browser for few years already, before it was announced as standalone product (It was a part of SerenityOS).
