Cancer in terms of, well, everything.

I do kind of miss the private clubs. I had worked my way up through 100K, 150K, 200K and 300K karma clubs before I bailed and came here.
Centennial Club was just the best. It was like Century Club, but way nicer!
Seems like they missed a trick… Pocket Pentium. :)
"Starpery’s vision extends beyond companionship. Their roadmap includes:
Developing versatile robots capable of tackling household chores.
Assisting individuals with disabilities.
Providing much-needed aged care."
“No, no… see… it’s not a ‘sexbot’, it does the cleaning too!”
“This is not the argument you think it is…”
That’s consistent with my office, plus a hiring freeze so nobody new coming in.
Fortunately, for me, my cardiologist told them to pound sand. Working from home now since 2018.
I didn’t even know what Suits was, somebody had to tell me.
Yeah, they’ve been using them in the T-Mobile ads.
They are, just not for Internet… yet…
T-Mobile are secretly douchebags?
NO! really?
If I have multiple devices synced, and I delete something from one of them, it’s not unreasonable to think it should be deleted from all of them.
For example, a shared calendar item on my phone, tablet and laptop. If I delete it on one, it should be deleted from all of them.
If Apple synced the messages, but not the delete operation, yeah… that’s a problem.
But it’s also on the guy for setting up/not disabling sharing in the first place.
This smells like one of those fake clickbait stories…
Coming up with a solution way more complicated than “studying”. Brilliant!
Elon Musk has unusual relationships. Full stop.
I mean, it looks do-able, you just need something like this with a plug on both ends:
Each driver carrying their own cable wouldn’t have to worry about the quality of the cable on the charger.
If copper thieves are stealing charging cables, the solution is dead simple…
Keep the cables on the car side, not the charger side. Provide an outlet on the charger, driver supplies their own cable.
Or no dice rolls! “Bad luck, you! Bye!”
I survived a similar incident, telling our CEO at the time “you know our product can’t do that, right?” I had to show my receipts, present usability studies, and faced incredible pressure, but 2 CEOs later, I’m still here… :)
Document everything. Keep good notes. You never know when it will be useful.
Either that or downtown cores will be toll gated.
It took reddit a long time to come up with “Multis” where you put whatever themed channels under one group.
I don’t see why it couldn’t be done here.
