I’m getting that same way.
Currently trying to chase down some automatic sun shades that don’t need an app to do time-based cycles. Shouldn’t be this hard, but every band wants you to use absolute garbage apps.

There really isn’t a way to realistically shield against relay attacks. Most people say “just go back go physical keys”, but those are even less secure.
Phone-as-key and keycard systems are vulnerable in the same way.
Ironically, I think Hyundai is the only company currently doing biometrics. They have a face unlock and fingerprint start on the GV60 in some markets iirc.
That applies to every manufacturer, and no, there isn’t really a fix.
It’s also not really happening in any meaningful numbers, at least yet…
Oh, yeah, my local wore off halfway through. When they applied more, it felt like they lit my nuts on fire.
My recovery was honestly pretty bad. I was bed-ridden for about 2 weeks, then 8-ish months of aching pain all day every day. Not actually sure when it finally cleared up, I just realized I hadn’t felt the pain in a while. My first nut was about a month after the procedure, and that was also a very unpleasant experience.
My case is abnormal, but even more rare is the guys that continue to be in pain for the rest of their lives. Didn’t find out about that until I started digging deeper because of my persistent pain.
That said, I still 100% recommend getting it done.
You also need to be careful when deleting your account - when you do, they’ll send you a “there was an issue with your request” email that tries to get you to register again by prompting you to “log in” to fix it. The log in is creating a password for a new account.
So although charging an EV is by no means fossil-fuel-free, it’s considerably less fossil-fuel than an ICE car.
That was my point. Even in the worst case it’s comparable to 60mpg… No ICE gets 60mpg. And in a decade it’ll be even better.
Last time I looked (a few years ago), a 100% coal powered EV had similar emissions to a 60mpg car.
I doubt anywhere will still be coal powered in a decade, with how fast plants are closing. But that EV will still be there on its 3rd owner.
It’s funny because if Linux was where it is now, 10ish years ago, I probably would have stuck with it. All I cared about then was basic computering and gaming, both of which are well handled at this point.
Problem is now I’ve spent a decade honing my skills on specialized programs that don’t have good replacements, and realistically even if they did, compatibility and years of learning specific programs have locked me in to Windows.
You joke, but since you got the jab I can guarantee you will die.
(Just not any faster than normal…)
I think it was only 3 when I first signed up, so that’s an improvement. They probably hit the ones most likely to honor takedown requests, but yeah 190 sites is more than 10. $9 is more than $0 too though, so it’s a balance.
I wonder how many sites like this actually exist. Probably over a thousand would be my guess.
Sounds like you’re looking at their identity theft bullshit? The data removal is free, but only for 10 sites.
Wind is finite, and there has actually been research done to estimate the impact slower winds would have (a few degrees iirc), it’s just that this is massively offset by the pros of using wind.
Discover does it for free, but they only do so on a handful of sites.
Yeah, at this point don’t buy anything on Amazon that you want to be legit.
I need some SD cards, but I’m waiting until I can make a trip to MicroCenter. No way in hell I’d risk ordering on Amazon.
UltiFi, the software on all GM EVs, is Android Automotive with an icon pack. All of the services are Google’s (Maps, assistant, app store, etc). All GM does is change some graphics. Nothing about it is in-house.
Is Android Automotive really an “in-house” strategy?
It’s a DC charger tax.
I honestly kinda want to import a Multipla, widebody it and put a Hellephant in it
