They do have a point about not being told why though. I had two tickets a long time ago and nobody would tell me what they were for. They just wanted the money. If it’s in the system and you can see it on your computer it should also say what it is. That’s pretty ridiculous.
But I never had to dodge paying for the kids I had, so… Lol
The fact they call the nav screen “infotainment” tells you how much most of it isn’t needed.
