I’ll check it out and compare to the other solutions 😊

Cool thanks 👌
Ah, I only checked via Voyager app since I’m mostly browsing Lemmy via mobile. But then I’ll find this later tonight in browser, thanks 😊
Don’t know about this, have never done it myself - but i assume so?
Yes it does! It has also implemented DeArrow for better/normal video thumbnails and titles. Here is a pic of some of the settings >>
OP, treat yourself to using https://freetubeapp.io/ on desktop. It is in my opinion at least a much better experience than YT via web browser ever was.
Believe it got taken down a while a go, have not seen it up for a good couple of weeks myself.
Might I suggest using syncthing instead? Never broke once for me and have been using it for years. Not had a conflicts either, as you can choose wether that happens or not in syncthing.
Isn’t this an old thing by now? Pretty sure tabs that are not used for X amount of time are put to “sleep”.
I too use Photon when on PC. However I do believe the majority of users here liked the old reddit style of things maybe. Might be why the default look of lemmy looks like it does? I’m only guessing here though!
Tried it myself a whole ago, but indeed was a little to early stages. Hope it’s gotten better now though. Personally fell onto ombi over jellyseer too. Would love to see an update post on how you feel about if you end up using it for a while 👍
Thanks a bunch 🌻
Woah, how is this possible? Mind sending a guide or post about this?
Ah that could explain that yeah
Are there any other sources to this? The image on the left looks highly edited too…
I’d argue Firefox is the descent alternative.
There are a plethora of sources out there of good reasons not to use these browsers. But seriously, Firefox is an excellent browser, treat yourself to better privacy 🦊
For many of us, paying for these services are more convenient that putting up with the bullshit of services like Netflix and Amazon etc… There are so many streaming sites now that it really isn’t convenient anymore.
But yes; Just like there are greedy streaming services there are greedy VPN providers. So folks should keep up-to-date on who to choose. (If you ask me, stick with either Mullvad, IVPN or Proton VPN. I’ve done a lot of research and still am on the landscape of VPNs for my master thesis, and it’s a pretty nasty corner of the internt…)
Piracy isn’t purely about getting things for free, it’s about convince and preserving digital media too.
I too use Gluetun for this on Unraid, amazing piece of Software!
Worked for me at least, but only have a few blocked
