  • I am 40 and never had a phone bill to date! When I started working in a real job I was 22 and at that time cell phones were still not 100% a necessity. My job gave us a blackberry so I never had to worry. Crazy enough, I’ve been with this job for 18 years now and the job doesn’t seem very secure these days so I opted to purchase a phone directly. I traded in my old work phone for a new Samsung and got a top of the line for like $400. I signed up for Google voice and got a free number and use my work phones hot spot if I go out to use it just as any other phone for the last 3 years now. Only issue I have is hot spot is battery intensive, and some accounts don’t allow mfa with free voip numbers but whatever, free is awesome.

  • No, home and pro EOL are the same date as enterprise. Enterprise editions are allowed the extra time because Microsoft already knows an insane amount of businesses will not be fully moved off 10 by that date and instead of making themselves look bad, they setup this program to tell everyone hey where here for you and also ready to make an insane amount of bonus money.

Idk if the article also mentions, but every year after the first, the price increases for each additional year. The did this with Windows 7 as well, I know all about it because I work for a company that had to do it for 2 years. Once the time comes you replace the systems license with a new key that continues to allow updates to work.

I use privacy. Link current card so you can create merchant cards with restrictions. If it gets hacked just delete the card and create a new one. Also if you got charged once another charge from another merchant will not work. I can worry about 1 less thing in life, until privacy gets hacked…

  • Normally, the odd times are because someone can’t work the weekend, which is crazy to me since I am someone who accepts all the worst go live times…

Although the more I think about it, would there really have been a fantastic day or time? Even weekends suck because it affects everything so even then it would have sucked plus if it did bring down companies those people are now doing work on the weekends as well. Idk if I disagree with a late time smack in the middle of the week date for this the more I think about it.

  • I can assure you I am not lying. I do use FSR or XeSS which helps a ton with performance and freesync enabled with my monitor. Cyberpunk 2077 is probably one of the most taxing games I play and use XeSS with that one and everything else set to max without Ray tracing of course and I get just under 60fps in most areas and over 60fps in buildings. I’ll attach a pic of the in game test it can perform.

  • I believe about $300 for an AMD RX480 (great card and still going strong). This time I had a bit more money and wanted something more powerful. I went with the AMD 7800 XT Nitro ($550) which I got on release day. Sure it’s not top of the line but it has played pretty much everything I throw at it with all settings set to max and still maintaining 60fps or above. I have an UW monitor with its max resolution being 5120x1440 which is what most games will play at and everything still plays fine. It’s almost crazy to me that this card would be considered mid range.
