Communication from Roskomnadzor should be censored straight to/dev/null.
Users often don’t take care to separate private and public environments. They just dump all their stuff into one and expect their brain to make the correct decision all the time.
Put your private data into a private space. Never put private data into a mixed use space or a public space.
e.g. Don’t use your personal email at work. Don’t use your personal phone for business. Don’t put your passwords or crypto keys in the same github or gitlab account or even instance and don’t reuse passwords and keys, etc.
Talk about going backwards…
No one mentioned communism.
Capitalism: the pursuit of finding ways to ruin a perfectly good thing.

It’s not because of smr, it’s just that all large projects have this level of corruption and grift.
This chud uploaded potentially sensitive information to a public service. People really need education on how to intelligently use these services.
Naturally, it’s quite difficult to shake something you so strongly embrace.
Double salary. Work from home. EZ.

Check whether you have extended attributes like SElinux or ACL, assuming you’re checking file system permissions. Sometimes there are permission problems when you run out of storage space or a file system is marked as read only, etc. similarly, networked file systems have their own layers of security and quotas to review. Good luck!

I know it’s hard to hear because sometimes we are so passionate about these things, but it’s okay to have to wait for support on an unsupported platform. Having to wait a week is, in fact, incredibly fortunate. Consider how long it takes to get mac or Linux support on many PC games. A week? We’re laughing.
And if the sales figures are bumped in the first week? Let’s try to understand why it’s bad that developers, publishers, and those other middle-men get paid for their work. Not all games are wildly successful. Most aren’t. And evil Nintendo making more money… Well, if they don’t make money you don’t get any games. And consider that this is a platform which for the most part has avoided sinking into shady and unethical loot box practices. You can fault Nintendo for a lot, but from their perspective, free 0-day access to their games is an existential crisis.
This is a great point and yuzu may get burned for it. Hopefully, it’s not lost on developers of future emulators.
EVP of Samsung, Patrick Chomet, recently said that “there’s no such thing as a real picture”. So this artist should object to the disqualification 🙂
